Basics
Name: Koschei … … The Master.
Nicknames: Harold “Harry” Saxon is his most recent. He’s had a billion others, because unlike the Doctor, one name doesn’t cut it when you're scheming things on other planets. I’ve yet to decide if he’ll make up something new for Taxon… he might keep with Saxon, given that someone has already recognized him as such, and that just might make things more complicated otherwise.
Age: Approx. 1000 something, give or take. He was always roughly the same age as the Doctor, I think… but the Doctor probably is never truthful about his age :| It’s easier to say “900 year old Time Lord” versus “1000 year…” I think, anyway XD;
Birthday/Starsign: fff oh god, Rassilon Era is probably as much as that can be narrowed down.
Abode (Taxon): Oooh… for convenience sakes he’s likely still around the Sanctuary. It’s not like he has to really sleep.



Health/Physical/Psychology
Eyesight/Hearing: Definitely better than that of a human’s.
Abilities/Skills: Being incredibly intelligent? Cooking up schemes? :D Fencing, telepathy (I always figure his mental barriers are exceptional compared to the Doctor’s), manipulation, hypnotism. Other Time Lord awesomeness.
Physical Health: Pretty damn good given that he remembers being shot.
IQ (approximate is fine): … … Does not conform to any scale?
Extrovert/Introvert: Extrovert, probably. He’ll act as he has to though, depending. The Harold Saxon persona can be a bit of both.
Phobias/Fears: The Doctor becoming like a god :| Despite his jabs about it every so often, it’s seriously the worst thing ever. … That’s really it. He doesn’t like Daleks, given what happened when the Emperor took control of the Crucifom. Oh, and he doesn’t really want to ever go back to Utopia unless he absolutely has to. Hmm… he doesn’t like anyone manipulating him. Or somehow managing to tamper with his mind.
Mental Health: Um. He's kind of crazy. I mean, he was pretty bad in his earlier regenerations, and now he's worse, given that he has the 'drumming' in his mind, and you know... between it generally driving him towards violence and whatnot, as well as occasionally causing head trauma problems, yeah... Wacko.

Personality
Goals/Dreams: Conquering the universe and shaping it to his will. …and making a new Gallifrey somehow :|
Likes: Keeping entertained. … of course this entertainment often is likely dangerous to someone else :D He does have a fondness for children’s TV – it’s damn creative, you know – and this has followed through even from his earlier regenerations. Catchy music with a beat is awesome, it can mash with the drumming in his poor mind. War (only the ones that he starts, however; he isn’t a fan of the kind he has no control over), bloodshed, destruction. He also likes drawing up designs for... stuff says head!canon ahah. Breaking the Doctor is always fun, too. On occasion he likes the drumming.
Dislikes: …and on occasion he can really hate the drumming. It can be very headache-inducing, and it’s not like he can pop in an aspirin. He hates Martha Jones, he dislikes all of the Doctor’s other past companions too. The Rani, the Doctor. Probably other prominent Time Lords that I can’t remember 8D He hates the Daleks as much as anyone, probably more so. He really, really, really hates the Dalek Emperor, probably more than the Doctor. Davros sucks, too. Utopia is the worst place in the universe; he’ll silently agree with the screaming humans on that, but likely never admit to it.
Humour: Oh, he’s got a good sense of humor. And if he doesn’t, he at least acts amused (good defense mechanism, that). His humor is often rather dry though, and depending who he’s speaking with, it can be very sarcastic.
First Impression: The Master: Insane. Saxon: Can be an okay guy, sometimes even helpful, though a bit weird.
Innocent or guilty: He’ll say innocent and probably make most people believe him. But he’s almost always guilty.

Appearance
Height: 5’10” / 178 cm
Weight: …not sure. Certainly not much, although he does weigh more than the twiggy Doctor.
Eyes: Dark brown.
Hair: ...light brown
Build: You wouldn’t think that there’s much to him by looking at him, but he is very well in shape.
Defining Marks, scars, etc: He hasn’t been in this regeneration long enough to mark it up. And even so, I don’t think Time Lords really scar. My memory is suddenly spacing.
Dress Style: Dressy; he will almost always look his best, likely to only dress down if he’s alone or… having a bad day. Thankfully this regeneration has grown out of DOOMCLOAKS… although it’s an interesting image…
Speech: He always chooses his words carefully, and speaks often with a high vocabulary and either a better-than-you tone or sarcastic. Only if you manage to catch him by surprise/confuse him will he probably fall out of that. … and on occasion when he gets angry, but that’s possibly situational and if I’m paying attention

Romantic/Sexual
Marital Status: Officially? He’s still a married man, despite being shot and killed by said wife. Yeah, they totally need a divorce.
Sexual Preference: Hmm. Leaning towards heterosexual but I’d imagine he wouldn’t exactly limit himself.
Sex before marriage: fff yes. It’s not like he bloody marries many people.
Casual sex?: Casual sex wins over Lucy relationships.
Relationships: …a rather small list right now. In the early years of his life, the people who probably knew him best were the Doctor and the Rani, both he pretty much dislikes, especially given the situation the last time he saw the Rani. He tries to ignore absolutely everything that happened while he was despicably human and, well, he cannibalized a lot of those people, anyway. He weaved Lucy pretty close to him but even she was eventually wearing down on him. Oh. And she shot him.

He hates Martha Jones, who’s likely the highest person on his hit-list (even higher than the Doctor, really). Jack he wrinkles his nose at in dislike; blasted impossible things.

And then we’re back to the Doctor – because we’re always back to the Doctor. I wrote recently for a prompt: “Always a tug-of-war. The Master and the Doctor. A coin, a mirror image. Yes, some days he looks into a mirror and sees the Doctor grinning back. They’re opposites, they’re magnetic. One changes the universe, the other comes running to counter things. Push against it.” …Taxon’s of course changed that a bit for him, although he still sort of expects it. I’d imagine there will always be a tug-of-war of sorts, but… they need it. Stuff would probably get boring otherwise XD

General: Most people he simply finds inferior to him and doesn’t generally bother at all lol.

Friend: Friends? WHAT ARE THESE FRIENDS YOU SPEAK OF? Sheesh. He’s not the Doctor.

Colour: Dark teal. Black/red make a charming (evil) mix.

Food: Probably something with exquisite taste. He seems like a fine diner, lol.

Person: Martha Jones. The Doctor, Lucy. Really, now that he’s been in Taxon he’s finding the Doctor turning into better company for once, and he kind of has Lucy to thank for ‘getting him there’ in some weird and twisted way.

Colour: You know, I got this off Brigitta, and I’m starting to think (despite the whole ‘saving the world’ thing) that the two could get along decently. Um. Probably pink. *nod*
